Optimotive and RyTech Join Forces!

June 7, 2022 - RyTech, LLC, a midwestern-based digital marketing agency, announced today the completion of an acquisition of Optimotive Web Services LLC, a west coast-based growth marketing agency with a remote workforce. RyTech began pursuing acquisition opportunities of similar-minded agencies that provide complementary services to further fuel the firm's growth strategy late last year.

After extensive research and due diligence, RyTech acquired Optimotive as the agency aligns with the strategic growth initiatives, provides opportunities to enhance existing service offerings, and brings a strong team of talented marketing professionals. Combined with a significant client portfolio, Optimotive has international marketing expertise in data analytics, CRM automation & integrations, and expands RyTech's website offerings to include Webflow and stronger eCommerce capabilities.

"Similar to RyTech, Optimotive has spent years building long-term relationships with their clients, focusing on long term-strategy with an eye toward results. These strong client relationships, coupled with their growth-minded team made this a natural opportunity for us to pursue. I am excited about what our merged entity can accomplish together. As we celebrate our 10th year in business, this next step continues to set us up for future success. We look forward to welcoming the Optimotive team members and clients to our firm - offering the same excellent service and results," said Steve Ryan, Founder & CEO at RyTech, LLC.

Since its inception in 2017, Optimotive has launched dozens of new brands to millions of people across the globe. From early-stage startups to multinational enterprises, Optimotive has run growth campaigns across a diverse range of brands and businesses that leave lasting impressions with their customers. The agency's work in growth marketing sits at the intersection of data-driven marketing and compelling content, always with ethical digital marketing tactics.

"Since we started Optimotive 5 years ago, our most important core values have been delivering excellent marketing to clients and truly caring about the people we work with. When we found those same values at RyTech, we knew that joining forces would be greater than the sum of our respective parts, and unlock new levels of excellence in the work we do at Optimotive. We look forward to continuing to provide top-notch growth marketing for our clients while supercharging our capabilities with the brilliant & wonderful folks at RyTech. Likewise, we equally look forward to lending our growth marketing expertise to help RyTech clients push new frontiers in their marketing mix," stated Andrew Ishimaru, Optimotive Founding Partner.

Optimotive will operate as a division of RyTech, LLC, and will be led by Andrew Ishimaru, Growth Officer; Michael Frank, Vice President of Digital Strategy; and Pranit Garg, Vice President of Digital Growth.

The acquisition was completed on June 1, 2022, and the terms of the deal were not disclosed.
